Authentic Japanese BBQ at TsuruhashiTsuruhashi offers an impressive selection of beef, ranging from USDA Prime to premium Japanese Wagyu A, including Kobe beef. The Premium Lidah Sapi (beef tongue) is a standout dish—absolutely delicious!I arrived around : PM and didn’t have to wait for a table. However, by the time I finished eating at : PM, there was already a long queue outside.Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch Japanese BBQ. Definitely worth a visit!

We got the family combo, and different a wagyu, beef tongue, bibimbap, short rib and cap ribeye, bibimbap, lettuce wraps, kimchi. The beef was good, but the plates were all really small. The wagyu I thought wasn't significantly better than the other types of beef compared to its price, id just stick with the short rib or ribeye pieces. The wagyu shortrib was fine, the wagyu sirloin was better. The bibimbap was decent, nothing amazing.I didn't like that they charge for kimchi and the lettuce wraps, unlike kbbq places. It ended up being $ for people after tax and tip, and this is without drinks. They charge % gratuity for parties of or more, they counted our year old as one of the .We came at pm on a Monday and there was no wait.Overall the food was good (/) but knocking it down to / because of the price. $ pp is quite steep and the yakiniku reminds me of a regular yakiniku in Japan but doesn't really stand out.

Meat quality is so damn delicious! The Short rib and skirt steak were our faves, we also tried the A wagyu and it was melt in your mouth delicious as well. Don't skip on the cartilage and sausage, if you're looking for great pairings to go with your beer. The Yukhae (raw beef dish) was super delicious and I'm not a raw beef person in general. I would definitely order that again though. Get here early, about min before they open to avoid the lines. It's a small restaurant with mostly -tops , I saw maybe table that could accommodate a party of - max, so if you have a larger party be prepared to sit separately. The service is great, they were on point with water refills and checking to see if we wanted to order any additional items. They have a weekday special for $ where you can try of our favorite meats + their miso chicken thigh, and the veggies it comes with are minimal (pc pumpkin, couple pieces of bell pepper, and a slice of carrot). I heard their yookaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) was good but we didn't try it this time. Also, don't sleep on their black sesame and yuzu ice cream!

This Japanese BBQ has great variety and really fresh cuts! We loved the meats a lot. We ordered the meat set and the assorted vegetable set. The assorted kimchi was the best! It’s a little more expensive but I think the quality is fine for the price. We wished they didn’t chase us out though. It was really annoying when they asked to clear our table times in min by different people when we hadn’t finished our food yet. It would have been better if there were a dedicated server for our table so that we wouldn’t be interrupted continually by different people towards the end.
